Manufactured in China, these cable accessories are designed to withstand harsh conditions and ensure secure connections for terminals and electronics. Whether used in auto parts or other industrial settings, these cable glands offer a high level of performance and reliability. Upgrade your cable connectors with these high-quality glands that are built to last, making them a valuable addition to any industrial setup.
1. Sealing function
Core function: prevent water, oil, gas and other media from penetrating through the cable penetration part to ensure the airtightness of the cabin.
Material selection: commonly used corrosion-resistant and elastic materials (such as silicone, EPDM rubber), adapt to the temperature range of -40ºC to 100ºC, and some special materials can withstand higher or lower temperatures.
Pressure adaptability: the design needs to meet different pressure environments, such as high pressure in deep water areas or negative pressure in the cabin, and dynamic sealing is achieved through compression sealing structure (such as threaded compression type).
2. Waterproof and dustproof (IP protection)
Protection level: usually needs to meet IP68 standards to ensure complete dustproof and long-term water immersion protection.
Structural design: multiple sealing rings, waterproof glue filling or potting process, combined with stainless steel fasteners to prevent rust, and cope with salt spray and high humidity environments.
