1. Material and structural design
1. Nylon 66 (PA66): High temperature resistance (+100ºC), oil resistance, impact resistance, suitable for harsh environments such as engine compartments.
2. Reinforced nylon (GF30): Add 30% glass fiber, increase strength by 40%, and can withstand 16 bar working pressure.
3. Rotary joint: 360° free rotation, support bending in any direction, built-in stop teeth to prevent loosening.
4. Bellows structure: The elastic bellows allows axial expansion and contraction of ±10mm and radial bending angle of up to 120°.

1. The tensile strength of a single hose is ≥1200N, and the life of the rotary joint is ≥200,000 cycles (in accordance with ISO 16750 test).
2. The operating temperature range is -40ºC to +120ºC, and the sealing ring material can be selected from silicone rubber or fluororubber.
3. Strong adaptability
1. Compatible with hose materials such as PA, PU, silicone, etc., and suitable for outer diameters of φ6mm~φ50mm.
2. Thread specifications can be selected from NPT, BSP, and Metric, and support mixed connection with metal pipes.
